Joshua Bodily

Joshua Bodily, 34, of Ahwatukee, Arizona, passed away peacefully on November 10, 2024. He was born on October 26, 1990, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Joshua was a devoted son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend who touched countless lives with his luminosity. He freely gave his compassion and generosity to all. A gifted artist, cosmetologist, model, pianist, and animal friend, Joshua was known for his inner and outer beauty, kindness, individuality, and consideration for everyone around him.

Joshua is survived by his mother, Saadia Acosta; stepfather, Greg Bassett; brothers, Garrett and Eddie; sisters, Sierra and Jade; grandmother, Sharon; Aunts, Gina, Peach, and Alda; and cousins, Jade, Jordan, Jason, Nessie, and Steffie. Joshua had a cultured affinity for anime, ice skating, music, art, and spending time with his family and friends.

We would like to especially thank the following people who supported Joshua and our entire family throughout the years, Sandra, Jen and their spouses, Norah, Eleanor, Carleen, Scott and so many others.

 A memorial service will be held on December 7, 2024, at 10:30 AM at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 3550 East Knox Road, Phoenix, Arizona. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to NAMI Arizona in Joshua's memory.

Joshua's loving spirit and dedication to others will forever be remembered.
