Kameo Rashawn Scroggins was born July 17, 1982 in Bellflower, California to the union of Robert Leon Scroggins, Jr and Veda Jo Parker. Kameo, along with her family, relocated to Arizona where she received her formal education with the Mesa Public Schools System. Kameo graduated from Red Mountain High School of Mesa, AZ in 2000. Kameo went on to further her education and fuel her passion for the culinary arts at The Scottsdale Culinary Institute.
Kameo leaves behind three wonderful children to cherish her loving and precious memory. They are Kieyara B. Farris of Chandler AZ, as well as Jayla M. and Kayden T. Williams of San Tan Valley, AZ. Kameo also leaves behind her parents: Robert L. Scroggins Jr of Mesa, AZ and Veda Parker of Georgetown, TX and step-mother Joyce Miller Scroggins of Mesa AZ. Siblings: Robert D. Scroggins of Phoenix, AZ, Kamia R. Scroggins Fasheun of Georgetown, TX, Kevin R. Scroggins (Michelle) of Mesa, AZ, and Kionna R. Scroggins of Mesa, AZ. Step-siblings: Candace L. Tielking of Mesa, AZ, Landon J. Tielking (Becky) of Mesa, AZ, Ryan S. Tielking (Marie) of Mesa AZ. Grandparents Robert and Linda Scroggins of San Bernardino, California; nephews: Rylan Crowley, Reid and Azaleah Scroggins of Mesa, AZ, Quran Scroggins of Phoenix, AZ, and Gabriel Fasheun of Georgetown, Texas; one niece: Amorah Winkelman of Mesa, AZ. Uncles: Marcus, Greg, and Damien Scroggins of San Bernardino CA and Kevin, Gerald, and Donnell Parker of Los Angeles CA; Aunts: Olivia Parker-Castle of Phoenix, AZ, Angelene Parker-Thomason of Stockton, CA, Julie McCluskey (Jeremy) of Gilbert, AZ, and a host of other relatives and friends. Preceding Kameo in death are her maternal grandparents, Clester Sr. and Frankie Parker, along with her paternal grandmother Ludella Lacy, step-grandmother Vernajean Miller and step-sister Morgan N. Tielking.
